We do not record audio or use the camera in the background.
To run your account and courses, verify payments, show leaderboards and feeds, moderate content, prevent misuse, send reminders, provide support and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information and do not show advertising.
Your name, profile photo, points, rank, memory posts, comments and discussion messages may be visible to other learners. In Fluentra you appear under a temporary practice name. Discussion and Fluentra messages are automatically deleted after a limited period.
We keep account, learning, payment and wallet records for as long as needed for our services, accounting and legal obligations. Temporary content (discussion messages, Fluentra messages, memory posts) is deleted automatically after its set lifetime.
You can request deletion at https://sle.kalkiacademy.top/delete-request.php or inside the app (Menu → Delete Account). When deletion is completed, your account and personal data (profile, learning activity, wallet, payment slips, posts, messages and uploads) are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Requests from the web form are processed within 7 days.
All traffic uses HTTPS and passwords are hashed. No system is completely secure.
Users must be at least 10 years old, and users under 18 should use SLE with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
